Our Story

Alex and O. Pete Kotarides, founders of Kotarides Developers, Kotarides Builders, and KPM, created a family tradition of building homes, developing neighborhoods, and managing properties since 1963. Through the years, they have built a reputation for providing quality homes for rent and for sale in all price ranges as well as office, retail and industrial properties.
